Merion Jones from Llangynin,St Clears Carmarthen has 10-15 Young cows and freshly calved heifers for sale from his good Aber herd. The sale is due to the fact that he has 30 in calf heifers to bring in to the herd this year. He is also offering for sale Thornton Pales an Aaron son of the EX 90 Thornton Blackberry who traces to the Elphsmead herd. Pales who is three years old has grown into a really impressive individual. Auctioneers Kivells had invited Guernsey breeders to join with Jersey breeders in a sale at the Bristol Sales centre close to the M5 motorway. Three breeders had brought forward 42 females which met a sound trade particularly for the calved cattle.
